Unlike traditional prop firms that hold customer capital on internal ledgers, Dexter publishes every trade, payout, mark price, and treasury balance to Base, where anyone can verify solvency at any block. The product is structured around three layers: a matching engine that runs deterministic order flow with mark prices from Pyth, a vault that holds collateral non-custodially and releases withdrawals against Merkle proofs of state, and a treasury that takes a 10% share of trader profits to fund insurance reserves, governance, and the DXTR token's reward pool.
