Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to Dexter, a web-based trading challenge platform. By using Dexter, you agree to these terms and any rules shown inside the product for specific challenge packages, accounts, or features.
Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Dexter is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law, sanctions, platform rules, or third-party provider requirements.
Challenge Packages
Dexter may offer trial, demo, launch, or funded-style challenge packages. Package balances, rules, limits, profit and loss, payout review eligibility, and account status are determined by the rules displayed in the product and by Dexter internal systems.
Trading And Risk
Dexter challenge activity is intended for platform participation and performance evaluation. Market data, order execution, balances, positions, and rewards may be simulated, internally administered, or subject to platform-specific controls. Nothing on Dexter is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Wallets And Payments
You are responsible for the wallets you connect and the transactions you approve. Card-to-crypto funding may be provided by third-party providers such as MoonPay. Dexter does not process or store full card details. Third-party providers may apply their own terms, fees, limits, compliance checks, and supported-country restrictions.
Acceptable Use
You must not abuse the platform, bypass limits, manipulate systems, submit false information, interfere with service availability, use unauthorized automation, or use Dexter for unlawful, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity. We may suspend or close access where needed to protect users, the platform, or compliance posture.
Service Availability
Dexter may change, pause, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every third-party provider transaction will be accepted.
