Overview
Dexter operates a web-based trading challenge platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how third-party providers may process information when you use account, wallet, trading, support, analytics, or payment-related features.
Information We Collect
We may collect account identifiers, email address, connected wallet addresses, challenge package selections, trading activity inside Dexter, balances, positions, referrals, support messages, device and browser information, IP address, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service. We may also receive limited transaction metadata from payment or on-ramp providers, such as transaction status, asset, network, amount, wallet address, and provider reference identifiers.
Payments And On-Ramp Providers
When you choose card-to-crypto funding, Dexter may redirect you to a third-party provider such as MoonPay. Dexter does not process, store, or receive your full card details. The provider may collect payment, identity, KYC, AML, compliance, and transaction information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the platform, authenticate users, connect wallets, activate packages, display balances and positions, process challenge progress, prevent fraud and abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security.
Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including authentication, hosting, analytics, security, wallet, payment, and compliance providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Dexter, or the integrity of the service.
Security And Retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information where applicable by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, compliance, accounting, or legal reasons.
