1. Scope of the service
Dexter provides access to product information, documentation, market
interfaces, challenge flows, airdrop-linked reward surfaces, and
related tooling. Features may change over time, and some surfaces may
remain restricted, experimental, or unavailable while they are still
under review.
2. Challenge and airdrop posture
The current program and related app flows are designed around paid
challenge access, season standings, feedback records, and airdrop-linked
reward review. Challenge balances, standings, and linked program records
are product records used for venue participation. They are not bank balances,
custody accounts, or guaranteed cash claims.
Challenge participation and the linked airdrop record do not create an ownership claim over venue
assets, treasury assets, or any future token allocation unless Dexter
expressly states otherwise in a later formal program.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the wallets they connect, the signatures they
approve, the jurisdictions from which they access the service, and the
accuracy of the information they provide in challenge, airdrop, or support flows.
Users must not attempt to abuse challenge access, manipulate standings
or leaderboard records, circumvent access restrictions, interfere with
telemetry, exploit product vulnerabilities, scrape protected surfaces in
violation of access policy, or disrupt service stability.
4. No promise of uninterrupted availability
Dexter may pause, degrade, restrict, or close certain flows where market
quality, price quality, program integrity, or system safety requires it.
Session-closed states, degraded states, or disabled surfaces are part of
the venue's normal control posture.
5. Risk disclosure
Even where the venue uses guarded execution, contract-bound custody, and
proof-gated withdrawal logic, using trading software still involves
operational, technical, and market risk. Users should not rely on the
product as risk-free infrastructure.
Documentation, rewards surfaces, and product descriptions are provided
to explain how Dexter works. They are not investment advice, legal
advice, or a promise of financial outcome.
6. Intellectual property and content
Dexter branding, documentation, design elements, and product copy may
not be reproduced or misrepresented in ways that imply sponsorship,
product guarantees, or official partnership without permission.
7. Suspension and enforcement
Dexter may restrict access, refuse challenge or airdrop eligibility, or remove
records where the product detects abuse, suspicious behavior, policy
violations, or actions that threaten platform integrity.
8. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated over time as the venue evolves. Continued use
of the site or app after an update means the current version applies.
9. Contact
Official product updates and public notices are issued through the Dexter
website, documentation, and linked social channels.
